Each product purchased from us has a standard 12-months warranty from the date of purchase, and surprisingly, this warranty period can be extended for one more year if you subscribe our newsletter. Our warranty covers all quality or manufacture related issues. It may be necessary for the product to be returned for testing to uncover any problem.
Please verify that your goods have been shipped correctly without damage when receiving stock. If any product ordered by you arrives damaged or is not of acceptable quality you may reject it or contact us for support.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our warranty does not include damage caused by normal wear and tear, accidents, misuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, natural disaster, or other external causes; to damage caused by operating the equipment in a manner outside that described in the instructions. Our warranty is considered void if the item has been modified, altered or tampered with by a person (or persons) not authorized by us to provide service (not including standard periodic maintenance).Warranties do not apply where items are resold or rented for the purpose of profit.
Until the nature of any fault is determined, the resolution we can offer may vary. Where necessary, the item may need to be returned for testing to uncover any problem.
Where goods returned under this warranty are found to not be defective, we reserve the right of reimbursement by you for retrieval or postage costs incurred by us in relation to the goods, and a re-stocking fee equal to 20% of the purchase price of the good paid (being our estimate of our reasonable costs incurred as a result). In such cases, you agree that we may hold your goods until such payment is received by us.
